I have been qualified as a Reflexologist since 2003, I offer Reflexology treatments are in my family home, based in Windsor, where I have created a warm, calm and tranquil environment allowing you to relax and be at one with yourself. Or I will visit you in your home. Reflexology is a gentle therapy, it may help to restore and maintain the bodys free flow of energy,it may help reduce stress in your mind and body.

With Maternity Reflexology there are three stages Pre-natal care, pregnancy and post natal care. Reflexology during pregnancy is adapted to your needs. About Me! I first experienced Reflexology in 2002, I had been suffering with anxiety and stress. I was unable to sleep, my chest was often tight and my skin felt itchy. I received a course of six treatments and was amazed at the results. I felt calm, relaxed, I slept much better and felt more positive. With these results, I attended the Cheryl Butler School of Reflexology for the one year course, which is an approved school with the Association of Reflexologists. Since then I have not looked back!

During 2008, I moved from Brighton to Windsor with my husband and children and we have been busy settling in to the "Windsor" way of life. I have my children in fabulous schools, we have met great friends and I have been very busy establishing myself as a Reflexologist.
